If you're in Hong Kong and you love trekking or hiking or just walking I would recommend you to visit Discovery Bay and climbed up to look out point which is 700 meters high. Aside from burning fats you would witness and see the entire island from the look out point.
Since my cousins have some free time we decide to exercise by climbing up to Discovery Bay's lookout loop. It located in front of Discovery Bay International School (DBIS).
Since the start of the trail is too steep we got tired and rest for a bit. I suggest that you stretch yourself first before getting started.

This is a good place to play, relax and have some quality time with your family and friends.
At last! We reached the look out point. As you can see here, you also go there by using a golf cart since it is connected to the Discovery Bay tunnel.
